Shipping Portugal and Spain (Mainland)

We use tracked couriers, generally GLS, and charges for Portugal and Spain mainland are as follows:

FREE standard shipping for orders of 50€ or more except for large and heavy items and furniture - see below.

Where two orders have been placed that together exceed the free delivery amount, we are unable to combine postage to qualify the orders for free delivery.

LARGER items and FURNITURE may incur a SHIPPING FEE, even over a 50€ spend. We will list this in the product description and provide you with a quote.  
 
Standard delivery Portugal and Spain estimated delivery 3-5 working days

ITEMS NOT COLLECTED AND RETURNED TO US

Items not collected, or not delivered due to absence and returned to us will get a refund in 7-10 days time. Gift wrapping and shipping costs will not be refunded. In case of the item being returned to us the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from your balance.

You are welcome to place an order for in store collection free of charge. We will notify you when the order is ready to collect. If urgent, please do call us on 911007690 or email info@mel-living.com as some items are stored off-site.
